The terms "you" and "user" refers to all individuals that access the Website.

By your affirmative actions of registering for the Website, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use, to our Privacy Policy, and your agreement to communicate with us electronically. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, do not register for or use this Website.

You acknowledge that TEG is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. TEG and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

TEG does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with permission of a parent or guardian.

TEG and their employees and agents specifically disclaim any responsibility for any advice presented in this website including particularly legal advice, tax advice, and accounting advice. The user holds TEG and its affiliates, agents and employees harmless in the event any resource content is found to be incorrect or unusable. TEG does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. We may collect your full name, email address, and other directory information in connection with your use of the Website ( "Personal Information "). We may ask you to submit Personal Information at various places on our Website, including but not limited to Registration Data, adding profile details, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting feedback. We use your Personal Information to contact you if we consider it necessary to send you information about the operation of the site, including information regarding the services you have signed up for on the Website, response to any requests through Contact forms, password reset inquiries, or information about changes to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. This Website is being used to manage a community marketplace by HBCU CDM. By registering for the Website, you also authorize the sharing of your user information with HBCU CDM. Information Collected Automatically

We receive and store certain types of usage information whenever you interact with the Services; this information is not Personal Information. For example, TEG automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, TEG cookie information, and the page you requested. We also record the details of your activity on the Services, and the number and frequency of visitors to our site and its components.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer or mobile device to enable our systems to recognize your computer or device and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. TEG cookies do not collect Personal Information, and we do not combine the general information collected through cookies with other Personal Information to tell us who you are or what your username or email address is.
